QRM from Taxi Russia

Notice to all the radio amateurs and CB to be forwarded through facebook and any radio amateur web site. Please be aware that there is a taxi station, I am assuming from the language they use to be a Russian station that for months has been interfering in our broadcasting in 10 and 11 meters.
The interference is happening on AM, FM, USB. They are broadcasting on frequencies not allowed to them. Our friend Gerry 26Lo124 from Glasgow, who speaks Russian, contacted an operator of this radio taxi and explained in a kindly manner what was happening. Unfortunately for him he run into a very rude person whose intention was only to curse at Gerry.
If any of you run into the same problem please inform the Authorities of your Country about this issue. We are also confident in the help of all the legitimate Russian radio amateurs whom we cannot contact anymore due to this interference.
We are also confident in a prompt action from the Authorities to stop this radio taxi from bothering our frequencies, but if this does not happen we will take action getting into the radio taxi frequence and bother their activity until they decide to set our frequencies free.
